Hebridean Toffee Company
The Hebridean Toffee Company was founded in 2000 and remains the only manufacturing business in the tiny Isle of Barra. To date, over 10,000 metrics tonnes of Hebridean toffee has left Barra to satisfied customers all over the world.

Connage Highland Dairy
A family business, Connage is owned by brothers Callum and Cameron and their wives Jill and Eileen. Callum and Jill manage the cheese side of the business producing multi award winning cheese. Cameron and Eileen undertake the majority of the work on the farm.

Alex Sutherland is Chairman of Gourmet's Choice and it was his great-grandfather who started the company over 100 years ago. Based in the small fishing village of Portsoy in the North-East of Scotland, they supply a wide variety of quality fish to discerning customers.
We are a family company, who started to grow fruit on land, close to the beautiful River Ericht in the town of Blairgowrie from about 1900. We have continued to develop the fruit business into the successful company we have today. It is run by Peter and Melanie Thomson.
Jonnie Martin’s family have been growing potatoes on Garguston Farm, 10 miles north west of Inverness, since 1947. They grow Kerr’s Pink and Rooster table potatoes and have 26 different varieties of seed potatoes to harvest.
