A donation of £1000 has been made to Uist Gymnastics to enable the training of coaches for them to teach gymnastics at an after school club at Balivanich School and to provide some equipment.  They already have 60 children attending and this will mean the club can offer a higher

Congratulations to Grimasay Boat Haven who have been awarded £500 towards their development of their Maritime Heritage Centre which will be an all-weather venue to share the traditional skills of boat building.

We’ve provided funding towards a PG5/6 trip to the Isle of Skye for the pupils to visit An Cuan Sgith, an art exhibition that they took part in creating.

We have given £500 towards the regeneration of Balivanich Playpark, a much used community facility.

We were very pleased to donate £500 to Sgoil Lionacleit’s trip to Tanzania with World Challenge.  The pupils took part in a lot of fundraising before they could go and while they were there did a long trek, helped complete some building work on classrooms for local school children as
